From the spacious entrance hall with views across the private lake, setting the tone for the elegant interiors beyond, Eden Hall has an array of spaces to gather – a comfortable sitting room, a cosy lounge with wood-burning stove, a characterful office, an intimate drawing room, and a stunning music room complete with a Steinway grand piano. Whether enjoying quiet moments with a book or gathering for drinks and conversation, there is a space to suit every occasion.
The light-filled open-plan kitchen and informal dining area provide a wonderful setting for socialising, with a large island, breakfast bar, Nespresso coffee machine, and ample space for preparing meals together. A separate formal dining room seats between 12 and 20 guests, creating the perfect backdrop for celebratory dinners and special occasions.
Eden Hall accommodates up to 14 guests across seven individually-designed bedrooms, each offering luxurious comfort and its own ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms feature a combination of super king, king, and twin beds, many with views across the gardens and estate. Several rooms include additional features such as freestanding baths, writing desks, armchairs, and televisions, creating peaceful private retreats within the house.
Outside, guests can enjoy beautifully maintained gardens and extensive private grounds within the spectacular Eden Valley. Multiple outdoor seating areas provide opportunities for alfresco dining, barbecues, and relaxed evenings under the stars. Highlights include a sunken seating area, outdoor firepit, six-person hot tub, and a charming loggia-style summer house.
Practical amenities include a utility room, laundry facilities, plentiful private parking, and dedicated dog-friendly facilities, including a ground-floor dog room with direct outdoor access and a hot and cold dog wash. Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional dogs considered on request. Families are warmly welcomed, with cots and highchairs available upon request.
